Flinchbaugh-Kurtz Company is a provider of quality custom machining and related shop services, with a legacy dating back more than 70 years.

Founded in 1936 in York, Pennsylvania as The Flinchbaugh Company, we added capacity and capabilities through the acquisition of G. Kurtz Industries in 2006. Flinchbaugh-Kurtz Company combines the best capabilities of both shops, along with new state-of-the-art equipment, at a modern facility in Manchester, Pennsylvania.

Our services – including machining, painting, welding, and fabrication – serve the U.S. Military and many leading private sector customers. We use manual and CNC equipment with advanced job tracking that ensures on-time delivery.
