At Flinchbaugh-Kurtz Company, raw material delivery and production process scheduling are managed through our JobBOSS ERP job tracking system to ensure on-time delivery to customers.

We use JobBOSS because it is the most widely used and trusted software designed specifically for custom manufacturers, job shops, and high-tech shops. All job tracking information is logged into our system at the initiation of each customer order. The entire process is then tracked through delivery to ensure commitment dates are met.

INVENTORY CONTROL

Flinchbaugh-Kurtz Company also offers inventory management to customers as an additional value-added service. If customer purchases are limited to specific release quantities and dates, but inventory is desired for both fluctuations in demand and production volume efficiencies, we will stock and manage inventory to agreed levels.
