MORI SEIKI NV5000 VERTICAL MILL
The Mori Seiki NV 5000 vertical machining center (VMC) with automatic pallet changer was purchased new in 2006. The VMC represents state-of-the-art technology – with through coolant spindle, two 43.3” x 23.6” working tables, and automatic tool changing capabilities of less than 2.6 seconds.
Johnford DMC 1500H Mill
Purchased new in 2007, our Johnford 50 Taper Bridge Mill features a 36” x 60” table and 1000 psi through-spindle coolant. The Johnford is renowned for providing plenty of power and productivity – delivering rigidity, precision and performance.
TOYODA FA 450 MILL
This Toyoda 40 Taper Horizontal Dual Pallet 18 Work Station CNC Mill was purchased in 2007.
It features 1000 psi through-spindle coolant. Functions like tool changes, pallet shuttles, programming and maintenance monitoring are all designed to optimize efficiency.
Supertec STC 20 II Grinder
Purchased new in 2007, the Supertec Centerless Grinder features a programmable control and digital read-out.
It is also through-feed and in-feed capable. We use magnetic and paper filters with this machine to enable a high polish finish.
CNC Lathe Console
The Hitachi Seiki 20SII and 23SII control panels give the Flinchbaugh operator touch control of programming and editing during production. The color screen display graphically maps the entire machining process.
CNC LATHE WITH BAR FEEDER
The Hitachi Seiki 20SII and 23SII CNC lathes are some of the fastest machines available,
allowing us to machine parts more quickly at a lower cost per piece. An LNS quick load bar feeder aids in completing bar jobs quickly and cost effectively.
Vertical Mill Control
Our Vertical Mill GM-B controls incorporate helical interpolation and 3-axis simultaneous control functions with a sophisticated computer graphics display.
MACHINE WELDED PARTS
For steel welding, we are certified to defense standards on MIG Welding. The Miller XMT 350CC/CV was purchased new in 2005. It is a multi-purpose welder with voltage outputs from 10-38 and amperage from 5-425, capable of Stick, MIG and TIG welding.
