The Flinchbaugh Company is a provider of quality custom machining and related shop services to small, medium and large sized customers with a legacy dating back more than 75 years.

The Flinchbaugh Company was founded in York, Pennsylvania in 1936. In 2006 Flinchbaugh Company acquired G. Kurtz Industries and relocated to its current location in Manchester, Pennsylvania in 2007. This acquisition and relocation has created a strong combination of technical experience and equipment capability.

Our services - including machining, painting, welding, grinding, assembly and fabrication - serve the U.S. Military and many leading private sector customers. We use CNC equipment with Job Boss ERP job tracking that ensures on-time delivery. Our ISO certified quality system insures customer requirements are identified and met.
